Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchase:

• Contact us within 7 days of purchase
• We will attempt to resolve the issue within 24 hours
• If we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be provided
• Download links can be re-sent if emails are lost or blocked

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

The following situations are not eligible for refund:

• Purchases made more than 30 days ago (except consultation cancellations per policy)
• Products that have been modified or altered by the customer
• Requests after the consultation session has been completed
• Duplicate purchases made in error (we can exchange for other products instead)
